Benefits of Joining
Scouting provides boys learning opportunities through outdoor activities, leadership responsibilities, and just plan old fun. As the boy learns, practices and even teaches the scouting skills, he
is recognized for his accomplishments through rank advancement. The rank advancement is often called the "Trail to Eagle." Eagle Scout is the highest rank a boy can achieve in the Boy Scouts and
widely recognized as a significant accomplishment.
